Where do you source your bricks from?
At Reclaimed Brick Company we source our bricks from demolition projects nationwide, from derelict farm houses to large commercial developments. We have a vast network of contacts from whom we are able to select the best and rarest bricks to reclaim.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all parts of mainland UK via the pallet network or our own fleet of vehicles. We would also consider international deliveries on a per order basis, please contact us.
When will delivery be?
Orders of palletised goods usually take 3 to 5 working days from the time an order is dispatched. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, although in some circumstances this can be longer. The courier will phone prior to delivery to book a specific date for delivery. Our standard service is a non-timed delivery between 8am and 5.30pm on the arranged day.

Can you deliver more quickly?
Yes we offer next day delivery if ordered by 11am that day. Please contact us directly to arrange.
How are packs delivered?
Local deliveries are undertaken by ourselves. For longer distance orders we use a third party courier. These deliveries are usually made with an 18 ton rigid wagon and the driver will unload using a tail lift and manual pump truck. Deliveries will be made to the kerbside or the bottom of the driveway.
Do you offer a Hiab delivery service?
Yes, please contact our customer service team to request special delivery arrangements.
Can I order a specific amount of bricks?
Yes we are able to supply a specific amount of bricks / split packs. If you cannot select the quantity of bricks you require on our website, please contact us directly. We can advise you on 07717539848 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I receive damaged goods?
Inform us by email within 24 hours of the delivery. Please include a description and images. We will aim to find the best possible solution, whether that be a refund or replacement.
Whilst we do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, it is important to allow a total of 5 - 10% for cuts, wastage and breakages when ordering. This is an industry standard.
Does someone need to be present for the delivery?
For standard orders you, or someone that you have authorised, needs to be present to check that the delivery is as expected in order to sign for the delivery. If no one is available to sign for goods, alternatives can be arranged.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all postcodes in the UK. For standard deliveries there needs to be enough room for an 18 ton rigid wagon to manoeuvre and for the driver to pull the pallet on to the kerb from the road.
Standard delivery is by manual pump truck and tail-lift. Delivery can only be made to a flat, solid surface. Deliveries cannot be made on grass or gravel.

Can we just turn up to the yard?
Yes, we are open 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday to both trade and public, no appointment required. If you have a special requirement or wish to visit on a weekend please contact us to book an appointment.
Do your photos accurately represent the materials in person?
We do try our utmost to accurately represent the materials in our product imagery. Though the colour, texture and shape can never be guaranteed on Natural Reclaimed Products. The photos are used only for reference purposes.
We strongly recommend visiting our two acre yard if possible, arranging a FaceTime tour or ordering a sample pack.
The colour on the photos will depend on the time of day and weather conditions when it was captured. The colour of mortar and brick finish can drastically change the overall tone of a wall once built.
Do you send brick samples?
Yes, you can request a sample. Email us details of your project and brick requirements along with images. We charge a small fee for samples to cover express postage.
Do you sell just bricks?
Far from it, our 2 acre yard in Sheffield is full of all types of different architectural and building materials, salvaged from demolition sites all over the UK.
Do you buy items?
We are always on the lookout to buy reclaimed bricks, stone and quality architectural salvage, whether it be one off pieces or life time collections. Selling to us is straight forward, just drop us an email and a member of the team will be in touch.

Do you clean bricks?
Yes, we have our own team of dedicated reclamation professionals that are on hand to reclaim materials. All members are fully trained and have appropriate site qualifications.
We carefully reclaim bricks, stone, timber, roof tiles, architectural items, metals and anything else we can recycle.
