Where do you deliver to?
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all postcodes in the UK. For standard deliveries there needs to be enough room for an 18 ton rigid wagon to manoeuvre and for the driver to pull the pallet on to the kerb from the road.
Standard delivery is by manual pump truck and tail-lift. Delivery can only be made to a flat, solid surface. Deliveries cannot be made on grass or gravel.
If you require a brick grab or are unsure whether your address is suitable please contact us at 0114 2061113 or info@reclaimedbrickcompany.co.uk and we will advise you.

1. A Wide Range of Reclaimed Materials
Reclamation yards stock a diverse array of salvaged materials, including:
- Reclaimed bricks and stone: Perfect for restoration projects or adding character to new builds.
- Roof tiles and slates: Ideal for maintaining the authentic look of older properties.
- Timber and beams: Repurposed wood for flooring, furniture, or structural use.
- Architectural features: Fireplaces, doors, windows, and ironmongery with unique charm.
- Garden items: Vintage paving, statues, and planters to enhance outdoor spaces.
2. Unique Finds with Historical Value
Every piece in a reclamation yard has a story. Whether it’s bricks from a historic building or antique furniture, you’ll find one-of-a-kind items that can’t be replicated by modern materials.
3. Sustainable Shopping Experience
Reclaimed materials reduce the demand for new resources and minimize waste, making it an eco-friendly choice for construction and design projects. By choosing materials from a reclamation yard, you contribute to a more sustainable future.
4. Variety of Conditions and Finishes
Salvaged items come in various states, from ready-to-use to requiring some cleaning or restoration. Expect to find materials with natural patina, weathering, or signs of previous use, adding to their unique character.
5. Cost-Effective Solutions
Reclaimed materials can often be more affordable than new counterparts, especially for high-quality materials like bricks, stone, and timber. You get premium, durable materials at a fraction of the cost.
6. Knowledgeable Staff
The team at a reclamation yard often has extensive knowledge about the materials and their origins. They can guide you on selection, suitability, and even offer advice on restoration or installation.
7. Opportunity to Negotiate
Pricing at reclamation yards can sometimes be flexible, especially if you’re buying in bulk. Don’t hesitate to ask about discounts or deals.
8. Inspiration for Your Project
A visit to a reclamation yard is not just about sourcing materials—it’s also an opportunity to get inspired. The range of unique and characterful items can spark creative ideas for your renovation, landscaping, or design project.
Tips for Your Visit
- Measure Ahead: Bring dimensions or plans for your project to ensure the materials you select are the right size.
- Dress for the Occasion: Yards can be dusty or muddy, so wear sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing.
- Ask Questions: The staff is there to help, so don’t hesitate to seek advice.
- Bring a Vehicle: If you’re planning to purchase larger items, ensure you have suitable transport or arrange for delivery.
A reclamation yard is a treasure trove of possibilities, offering a blend of history, sustainability, and affordability. Whether you’re restoring a period property or adding character to a modern design, it’s the perfect place to find materials that make your project stand out.
