Express Delivery: Estimated 1-2 working days and dispatched immediately. Upgrade to express for £20 (inc VAT) per pallet.

We use The Pallet Network to fulfil all pallet orders with Tail lift unload. Delivery to kerbside only.

Product Sample

Samples can be purchased on the product page by clicking the 'Order a Sample' button.

When ordering samples, you'll receive up to three units of that product depending on size, weight and cost.

All samples are sent via courier service.

For all samples, we charge a small fee of £12 (£10 + VAT) This fee covers picking the products, packaging supplies, and delivery service.

A good pillar cap does more than finish the top of a pier. This pair of reclaimed stone caps, salvaged from Edwardian villa in Derbyshire, will protect your pillars as well as crown them, and bring decades of natural weathering to your entrance.

Built to protect
The top of a brick or stone pillar is its most exposed point. Without a cap, rain soaks down into the core, and over winter that water freezes, expands and gradually breaks the pillar apart. A properly sized stone cap sheds water away from the joints and keeps the structure dry. That’s why caps have been standard on gate piers for centuries.

Character you can’t buy new
These caps have softened arrises, lichen-toned surfaces and a gently worn weathered top, the kind of finish that takes generations to develop. As a matched pair, they share the same stone and wear, so both pillars look as though they’ve always belonged together.

Choosing the right size
Choose a cap that overhangs your pillar slightly on every side, usually by 25–50mm. That overhang is what lets rain drip clear rather than run down the face. If you’re unsure, send us the measurements of your pillar tops and we’ll help you check the fit.
