We use The Pallet Network to fulfil all pallet orders with Tail lift unload. Delivery to kerbside only.
For HIAB delivery or special arrangements, please contact us to make arrangements.
Samples can be purchased on the product page by clicking the 'Order a Sample' button.
When ordering samples, you'll receive three units of that product.
All samples are sent via a premium courier service.
For all samples, we charge a small fee of £12 (£10 + VAT) This fee covers picking the products, packaging supplies, and premium delivery service.

On the cart page (checkout page) you can select your delivery service, add a delivery note along with desired delivery date and enter your payment method to complete your purchase.

We deliver to all postcodes in the UK. For standard deliveries there needs to be enough room for an 18 ton rigid wagon to manoeuvre and for the driver to pull the pallet on to the kerb from the road.
Standard delivery is by manual pump truck and tail-lift. Delivery can only be made to a flat, solid surface. Deliveries cannot be made on grass or gravel.

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Express shipping takes 1 to 2 working days. Our standard service is a non-timed delivery between 8am and 5.30pm on the arranged day. The courier will phone prior to delivery to book a specific date for delivery. If you have specific delivery requirements please contact us directly.

If you have a specific brick to match that you are looking to match, please send photos of your existing bricks to info@reclaimedbrickcompany.co.uk along with details of the quantity required. We will respond to let you know if we have an exact or near match. We can also provide photos or you can order a sample so you can make an informed decision before placing your order.
Yes, you can request a sample. Email us details of your project and brick requirements along with images. We charge a small fee for samples to cover express postage. Alternatively, you can order a sample of most products listed on the website by clicking the Order a Sample button on the appropriate product page.
