Reclaimed Brick Company offer a Nationwide Delivery Service from one pallet to multiple full artic loads. Utilising both the Pallet Courier Network and our own specialist vehicles we are able to accommodate all types of loads and delivery requirements.
We aim to make all of our deliveries on the desired delivery date, however please note that all deliveries are subject to weather conditions and stock. Our friendly Customer Experience Team are here to assist you with any queries relating to delivery and will be happy to help with making amendments.
Pallet Network
For smaller order & orders up to 10 pallet, we use a specialist Pallet Courier Network. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will reference a tracking number and link were you can track your order. Once your order has reached the delivery hub, the courier will contact you to book your order in for delivery.
Delivery will usually be between 8am and 5pm on a specified date. Express delivery and Saturday delivery are offered at additional cost. Express & Saturday delivery option can be selected at checkout.
Your order will be off loaded via a tail-lift & pump truck so good access and smooth ground to the delivery point is required.
Hiab Crane Delivery
For larger orders & local deliveries, we deliver using our own fleet of specialist vehicles. Our own fleet is fitted with hiab cranes and brick grab attachments, purpose made for delivering heavy building materials.
Our experienced drivers who are ALLMI certified will ensure that your order is delivered safely and with expert precision.
Delivery with hiab crane is available nationwide for large orders or on special request.
Moffett Truck Delivery
Moffett truck delivery refers to a delivery service that utilises a truck-mounted forklift, also known as a Moffett, to load and unload goods. This specialised equipment allows for efficient and flexible deliveries, particularly in situations where a traditional forklift, manual handling or hiab crane is not feasible.
If you require a moffett delivery please request this prior to placing an order.
Local Delivery
We are based in Sheffield so can offer a flexible local delivery service to customers based in Sheffield and the surrounding area, including Chesterfield, Rotherham and Barnsley. We also have regular runs throughout Yorkshire and to Manchester, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Tipper Truck
For delivering large volumes of stone and aggregates, we use 8-wheeler tipper trucks to deliver the goods efficiently.
These trucks are designed with a tipping mechanism that allows for easy unloading at the delivery site, making them suitable for bulk material transport.
Parcels & Product Samples
Product samples and lightweight orders of less than 30kg, are sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. We can provide you with a tracking reference so you can track your order.

Checklist before placing your order
- There must be sufficient access and space at the delivery point for an 26-tonne HGV for small orders and a 44 tonne HGV for larger orders, plus space for truck to turn around and maneuver (minimum width of 3 meters).
- Delivery surface must be tarmac, block paving or concrete in order to safely unload the pallet(s). Delivery pump trucks cannot leave goods on any soft or loose ground, such as grass or gravel.
- The delivery surface must not be on an incline (slope or hill).
- Delivery access must be free of any obstacles such as low cables or overhanging trees.
- As a minimum deliveries will be left kerbside.
- Please note we cannot deliver to private roads or A roads.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).
